Flurry

Redesign of a mobile mail, feed, and news application.

Flurry was a rapidly growing mobile start-up that served customers in 190 countries worldwide. Its mobile application allowed users to access their email, check news feeds, and manage contacts on regular mobile phones.

Flurry needed an improved user experience that was easy to use and extensible to a huge range of mobile devices ranging from two-line monochrome sets to smart-phones.

Montparnas was brought on to architect the required user experience. Throughout the project, we gathered requirements from stakeholders and analyzed user data. In the end, we formulated a product experience strategy and articulated the application architecture as well as the full interaction design in detailed and annotated wireframes.

The result was a straighforward design that accomodated complex functionality in an extensible user experience framework.
